We are absolutely delighted that Burford Lit Fest is getting the Michelin star treatment from Chef, Hugo Kosmala.
Hugo has recently opened Thyme and Lovage, Burford's only riverside restaurant, serving seasonal dishes including Cornish crab on toasted English muffin, pickled cucumber samphire radish and lovage oil, courgette fritter with avocado, broad beans, buffalo mozzarella, pesto and open sandwiches of smoked salmon, pickled cucumber, fennel lovage mayonnaise and fries.
Hugo will be providing light refreshments at our opening event with author Nick Havely, Refreshments and a glass of wine will be included in your ticket price of £10
