Alison is a British writer who spent many years living in rural Greece. Her first book "Have a snack Jack" won international recognition with a White Ravens Award and alongside writing her own material, she has translated many Greek children's books into English.
A Stick Called Cyril is her sixth book and is a heart warming story looking at true friendship.
Alongside writing Alison is a Dietitan for the NHS, a mum, and loves spending time in the garden with her rescue dog Monty and Duncan Doughnut - the hedgehog!
